Touristic tax :

The tourist tax collected on behalf of the community of municipalities of the country of Apt is 1 € 32 per person per day (Children under 18 years are excluded).

Reversible air conditioning :
During hot periods: 100 kWh per week are included in the rate. In addition, the kWh is charged to customers at the rate in force at the time of the rental (as a guide, in September 2022, the kWh rate was 0 € 18 41).

Heating :

In cold weather, guests can choose their heating mode: reversible air conditioning or diesel central heating. Heating is extra, charged according to consumption.

Deposit :

A deposit of € 500 is requested to the tenant on the day of his arrival. It will be refunded at the end of your stay, if no damage occurs at the premises

Arrival and departure time :

Check in starts Saturdays at 5.00pm and check out the day of departure between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Rental days :

Rentals are counted from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of one week. These days may vary during the low season.

Pets :

We accept one small pet free of charge and only after prior agreement.

In addition, we offering the following services :
Bed sheets rental 15 €/bed (Beds made up on arrival)
Towels Rental   5 €/per person
Cleaning at end of your stay 60 €

 

We provide for free :
Complete equipment for baby (cot bed, bath tub, changing unit, high chair)
WIFI connection

 

Payments and booking conditions :
Payments: by check, bank transfer, cash.
After agreeing the booking dates, we will send a rental contract to the tenant with the detailed description of the cottage and the general terms and conditions.
The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the contract, the signed terms and conditions, and a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
We shall acknowledge receipt of the above to the tenant by email.
